How we handle your personal data

Team Transport, a trading name of Zipload B.V., established at Jan van Krimpenweg 73, 2031 CH Haarlem (Netherlands), is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy statement.
We process your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

The processing of personal data is based on the following grounds (GDPR, Article 6):
The price calculator and the booking page show the price after you have entered your phone number. We then receive your phone number, and your email address if you also enter it, together with the route (including any extra addresses), the requested time, a description of what you want transported, your name if you enter it, the chosen vehicle and the price shown, so that we can call or email you about this trip if you do not complete a request straight away. The email address is optional. We automatically check whether the domain of that address (the part after the @) can receive email; only that domain is used for this. This is a step you take yourself. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If no order follows, we delete this data after 30 days. Your browser only remembers the number while the tab is open.
Team Transport does not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention periods:
Team Transport does not share your data with third parties, unless this is necessary to carry out your transport request, to comply with a legal obligation or if you give your consent (Google Analytics and Google Ads, see section 6). Where applicable, we conclude a data processing agreement with technical service providers who process your data on our behalf (such as our hosting and geocoding suppliers) to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality for your data.
For the assessment, planning, execution and follow-up of transport requests, we may share your data with the delivery partner or carrier that actually carries out your trip. This concerns the data needed to assess, schedule and execute your trip: name, contact details, pickup and delivery address and a description of the shipment. Each delivery partner is an independent business with its own terms and privacy policy. On request, we will tell you which delivery partner carried out your assignment.
The following service providers are used by Team Transport:
Without your consent, the Team Transport website sets no cookies for statistics, advertising or tracking. Only if you give your consent do we load Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement (see below). We do not load any other advertising or social media pixels. When you send a form, the server sets a session cookie to prevent abuse (too many requests in a short time); this cookie disappears when you close your browser. Your browser also keeps the fields you filled in temporarily in the session storage of that tab, so you do not have to fill them in again if sending fails; this data stays on your device and is deleted as soon as the request has gone through or you close the tab. No consent is required for this functional cookie and storage (Article 11.7a(3) of the Dutch Telecommunications Act).
To see how this website is used, we measure visits with our own script. The script sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. For each page viewed, we receive:
This data goes to the platform of Zipload B.V. (app.hartvoortransport.nl), which also processes the statistics of our other brands. If you send a request via this website, the platform may record which page, referring website or campaign brought you in, so that we know which channels work. We do not use this data to build profiles, we do not share it with advertising networks and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the use of our website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time by writing to info@teamtransport.nl. We keep this data for 6 months with the IP code; after that we only keep counts that cannot be traced back to individuals.
On your first visit you will see a cookie banner with “Accept” and “Decline”. If you make no choice or click “Decline”, nothing from Google is loaded. If you click “Accept”, we load:
Google then receives which pages you view, data about your device and browser, and a cookie ID. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. With conversion measurement, Google sees whether someone made a request, called or sent a WhatsApp message after clicking an ad. We do not send Google your name, e-mail address or phone number. We only use Google for measurement, not for personalised advertising.

The recipient is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. The Google cookies are then deleted. Your browser remembers your choice in its local storage. Our own visit statistics above are separate from this choice and always work without cookies.
This website loads fonts from Bunny Fonts, a service of BunnyWay d.o.o. (Slovenia, EU). To do so, your browser connects to Bunny’s servers, which need your IP address to deliver the font. Bunny sets no cookies and, according to its own statement, does not log IP addresses. We use Bunny Fonts instead of Google Fonts so that your IP address is not sent to Google when fonts are loaded.

Team Transport takes the protection of your data seriously and applies appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. The website uses an SSL certificate (HTTPS) to ensure that your personal data is transmitted in encrypted form.
