Our delivery terms and agreements
Last updated: April 2026
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
These terms and conditions apply to every offer and every agreement between Team Transport and the client, unless the parties have expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Any deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if they have been expressly agreed in writing.
All quotes from Team Transport are without obligation, unless expressly stated otherwise. The prices stated in a quote or agreement are exclusive of VAT and other government levies, unless indicated otherwise.
Price indications from the online calculator on the website are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer. The final price is determined on the basis of the route actually driven, the chosen vehicle type and any additional services.
Team Transport brokers and registers transport requests. The actual execution of the transport may take place through a delivery partner from the Team Transport network. Team Transport will coordinate the agreement to the best of its insight and ability and is entitled to have certain work performed by third parties. The execution time is indicative and does not count as a strict deadline, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The general terms and liability arrangements of the executing carrier may apply to the actual transport, including the General Transport Conditions (AVC) for domestic road transport and the CMR convention for cross-border road transport.
The client ensures that all data required to carry out the assignment is provided in good time. This includes, among other things: correct pickup and delivery addresses, contact details, a description of the shipment and any special instructions.
The client is responsible for correctly and completely specifying the nature, contents, dimensions and weight of the shipment. If the shipment differs from what was stated, Team Transport may refuse the assignment or charge a surcharge.
It is prohibited to have dangerous substances, illegal goods, or goods that do not comply with applicable laws and regulations transported through Team Transport, unless prior written permission has been granted and the goods meet all statutory requirements.
Liability for damage to the shipment during the actual transport rests with the executing carrier and is governed by the statutory regulations and conditions applicable to that execution, such as the General Transport Conditions (AVC) or the CMR convention.
Team Transport is liable towards the client solely for damage that is the direct result of an attributable failure in its brokering or registration activities. Any liability of Team Transport is limited to the amount paid out under its liability insurance in the relevant case, increased by the applicable excess.
Team Transport is not liable for:
For the actual transport, the carrier's liability of the executing carrier applies, in accordance with the applicable statutory regulations (the General Transport Conditions (AVC) for domestic road transport and the CMR convention for cross-border road transport). For higher-value shipments, additional cover is available on request; the client should notify us of the value of the shipment in advance so that this can be arranged properly. Any additional costs of extra cover are for the account of the client.
Team Transport is not obliged to fulfil any obligation towards the client if it is prevented from doing so as a result of force majeure. Force majeure is understood to mean: extreme weather conditions, traffic congestion, road closures, strikes, government measures, technical failures of vehicles and other circumstances beyond the control of Team Transport.
Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise. In the event of late payment, the client is in default by operation of law and Team Transport is entitled to charge the statutory commercial interest. All collection costs are for the account of the client.
For private assignments, Team Transport may require payment in advance.
The client may cancel a transport assignment free of charge up to 2 hours before the agreed pickup time. In the event of cancellation after this time, Team Transport is entitled to charge 50% of the agreed price. In the event of cancellation after the executing carrier has already departed, 100% of the price is due.
Complaints about the work carried out or damage to the shipment must be reported in writing no later than 24 hours after delivery to info@zipload24.com. After this period, the right to compensation lapses, unless the damage could not reasonably have been discovered earlier.
Dutch law applies to all agreements between Team Transport and the client. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Noord-Holland district.
