Who we are looking for
Team Transport works as a broker and coordinator: we bring in the loads, agree the terms with the customer, and place the run with the party best suited to carry it. To keep that promise to our customers, we work with carriers who are properly registered, insured for carrier liability and consistent in how they communicate. Whether you are an owner-driver with a single van or a fleet operator with several vehicles, the entry point is the same.
Owner-drivers
One van or box truck, driving on your own account. Ideal for recurring city and regional routes and for filling return legs.
Fleet operators
Several vehicles across different classes. Good fit for charter loads, dedicated capacity and peak periods.
Specialist carriers
Tail lift, two-person delivery, temperature-controlled or high-value work. We match specialist loads to specialist equipment.
What kind of work we offer
The work is business-to-business and mixed in nature. Some of it is planned and repeats week after week; some of it comes in as one-off charter or spot loads that need covering quickly. You choose which offers fit your schedule and your region.
- Recurring routes — fixed collections and deliveries for the same customer, on a predictable schedule.
- Charter and spot loads — individual runs, direct from A to B, offered as they come in.
- Dedicated capacity — a vehicle running exclusively for one customer over an agreed period.
- Peak and seasonal work — extra volume during busy weeks, without long-term commitments on either side.
- Return legs — loads that fit the direction you are already driving, so your empty kilometres go down.
How the partnership works
- Introduce your company. Send us your details: company name, vehicle types, base region, the areas you cover and any specialisms (tail lift, two-person, temperature-controlled, high-value).
- We check the basics. Chamber of Commerce registration, transport and vehicle documents, and carrier liability cover (CMR) for the type of work you want to do.
- You receive offers that fit. We share loads that match your vehicles, your region and your availability. You decide per load whether to accept.
- You run the job, we handle the customer. You collect and deliver against clear instructions; we look after the booking, the customer contact and the paperwork around it.
What we ask of you
Our customers rely on us, and we rely on our carriers. In practice that means a short, clear list of expectations rather than a thick rulebook:
- Valid registration with the Chamber of Commerce and the transport documents required for the work.
- Carrier liability cover (vervoerdersaansprakelijkheid, CMR) appropriate to the loads you carry. Temperature-controlled or high-value handling is available on request and agreed per assignment.
- Well-maintained vehicles suited to the load, and drivers who represent the shipment professionally.
- Reliable communication: confirming collection and delivery, and letting us know promptly if anything changes on the road.
