Team Transport is based in Haarlem and focuses on arranging transport requests for business and private clients. Urgent transport, courier services, vehicle transport, refrigerated transport, moving transport and business transport — nationally and across Europe. We think along, act fast and make sure your shipment reaches the right carrier.
For the actual execution of transport we work with external carriers and delivery partners. Through this partner network we can have trips carried out 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — from an urgent job in the middle of the night to a daily fixed route or an international trip to a European destination. You get one point of contact for your request and confirmation, and the courier or carrier comes from our partner network.
Personal contact is central. You know who is handling your request, receive clear communication from request to delivery, and can follow your trip live via the track & trace of the execution platform. That is how Team Transport works.

For urgent requests we dispatch a courier as quickly as possible through our transport network and delivery partners. We accept transport requests 24/7 by phone and WhatsApp, including weekends and public holidays.
Depending on your load, a suitable vehicle is deployed through the execution network: from a Caddy or Vivaro for small shipments to a Sprinter, box truck and car transporter for larger or heavier goods. Use the calculator for a price estimate per vehicle type.
Yes, through our network we drive across Europe. Belgium, Germany, France, Poland and other EU countries. You receive a fixed price in advance, with no hidden costs.
For business clients we arrange fixed agreements with monthly invoicing and a dedicated point of contact. The actual execution runs through delivery partners from our network — you get one fixed contact point for your requests and planning.
The price is calculated based on the vehicle type and the number of kilometres (outbound and return trip). Extra stops are possible at an additional charge. Use the calculator for an instant price estimate.
For the actual transport, the carrier liability (CMR) of the executing carrier applies. For higher-value shipments, additional cover is available on request — report the value in advance so it can be arranged properly.
